Client Reviews

Amy Wynne is a remarkable artist and teacher whose workshops consistently deepen both skill and creativity. I’ve taken several classes with her—including her weeklong intensive and the residency in Tuscany—and every experience has been thoughtfully crafted and deeply inspiring. She weaves together hands‑on instruction with the joy of place: curated cultural exploration, dinners in nearby hilltop towns, and connections with people she’s known in the region for years. The setting at Pieve di Caminino is magical, and Amy uses the landscape as part of the creative process in a way that feels natural and energizing. I recommend her programs wholeheartedly to anyone looking for real artistic growth in a warm, beautifully supported environment.

Every artist meets people along the way who shape how they think about art and where they belong within it. I met Amy early in my own art journey, and her influence has stayed with me ever since. She taught me the importance of building a series that you genuinely connect with, and helped me begin looking at my own work in a much deeper and more intentional way beyond just the subject itself. Amy has a way of teaching that feels thoughtful, observant, and personal. Her questions always encouraged me to better understand what I was truly trying to communicate through my work. The studio environment and figure drawing workshops she created remain some of the most meaningful creative experiences I’ve had, and many of those moments still return to me today when I’m making art. -

My trip to Italy with Amy as our guide was an amazing experience and offered a rare opportunity to immerse myself in a deeper creative process. The rich culture and delectable cuisine filled our senses quickly shifting our mindset away from this fast paced world.  Having the choice to work solo or join the group for a range of adventures was truly appreciated as I could follow more of my own flow. Amy, thank you for this wonderful retreat in a country you know so well. I’m ready to go back!
